The Lanesborough The prestigious five star hotel on London's Hyde Park Corner.


Brief  Encourage guests and locals to dine at the hotel instead of dining out in London.

Reggie London worked with The Lanesborough to promote a series of events in association with Penfolds and American Express which featured visiting star chefs in the exclusive Conservatory restaurant. The campaign included direct mail items for a targeted audience of locals and regulars as well as booklets for guest rooms.

 

This was a followed by a series of seasonal direct mail items on the theme of 'Attention to Detail' which had a small die-cut window that revealed a detail of the luxurious furnishings in the hotel. This made a metaphorical link with the high standards of service for which The Lanesborough is renowned.

 

Following the success of the campaign Reggie London also went on to create brochures and Christmas promotions for the hotel.

The Result  

 

The campaign was a great success resulting in full bookings for the visting chef events.  

 

The annual Christmas card was printed on Acclaim uncoated stock, which featured a die-cut window showing a peek through to a classically decorated Christmas tree.
